Lullaby Quest Walkthrough

Quick Answer

Start Lullaby at the empty crib near Marketplace. Collect the Weathered Key in the garden, unlock the house across the broken bridge, and bring its toy back for Tomorrow’s Promise.

Complete Lullaby by finding the Weathered Key behind the house with the crying crib, using it to open the house across the broken bridge, then returning its toy to the crib. The reward is Tomorrow’s Promise Amber. Both houses are in Fallen Village, but the key and toy are in different places.

Start at the crib near Marketplace

From the Marketplace Lantern, enter the nearby house beside the bridge. Approach the empty, bloodstained crib and move farther inside to trigger the quest. The crying has no visible baby to speak to; the objective is to bring something back to the crib.

Collect the Weathered Key

Go through the rear of the same house into its garden. Defeat the enemies and search the ground for the Weathered Key. Collect it before returning to Marketplace, since the distant house cannot be opened without it.

Reach the toy house across the bridge

  1. From Marketplace, backtrack through the carriage where you obtained the Blunderbuss.
  2. On the earlier side of the carriage, take the right-hand path near the gate.
  3. Follow the side street through the villagers until you reach the broken bridge.
  4. Cross to the isolated house and unlock its door with the Weathered Key.
  5. Pick up the toy lying on the bed.

Explosive enemies occupy parts of the route. Clear the immediate approach before attempting the bridge crossing or opening the house.

Put the toy in the crib

Return to the original house near Marketplace and interact with the crib to place the toy. Picking up the toy updates the quest, but placing it is the completion step. You receive Tomorrow’s Promise afterward.

Tomorrow’s Promise changes the Ferrofluid Flask to grant health regeneration over time. Using another flask during the effect resets the timer rather than adding its duration. The key is no longer the relevant objective once you have the toy: if the quest is still active, return to the crib.
